I've been using an HP Photosmart 8450 for a while, and really like what it does. Although not a peizo printer it really does pretty decent B&W, since has a 3-gray cartridge option. This was a selling point for me. Excellent color using HP papers and profiles in PS. Haven't had any need for technical support with any of my HP printers (I also own a Laserjet 5100) - they're real workhorses. Next printer will probably be something on the order of an Epson 2400, or something I can do wider formats on.
