Yes, but unfortunately it looks ok-ish. I guess you'll have to find the reason for the missing refCount increment, stepping through the debugger and understanding what's going on by looking at the variables and their addresses. If you can create a small reproducer that I can easily compile on my end, I can have a look as well.
