You paperwork experts, please evaluate
this notion:
If the form 337 was filled out for
conversion to the D model but not submitted to the FAA, then has the aircraft
been changed to be a D model?
If the form 337 was filled out for
conversion to the D model AND it WAS SUBMITTED to the FAA and WAS SIGNED OFF by
the FAA official, then I’d guess it’s official. The FAA has signed
off on it and they have a record of it.
