Three inch holes are correct but you have to have the backing plate. Would be a close fit to the rib. What do you think of a smaller hole, say 2" or 2.5" would the FAA really have a problem with a smaller hole? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jan E Zanutto" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, August 17, 2003 1:14 PM Subject: Re: [COUPERS-TECH] SB-31 > ----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- > > > I havent seen one like this, so if you do move over to miss the bead are > you too close to a seam or one of the riveted angle channel > reinforcements?
