Norm::
Reinserting the trim wire is like putting toothpaste back in the tube!  It is nigh on to impossible!  I am sure someone will disagree with me, but I struggled with one for two days before I gave up and bought one preassembled from Univair.

Subject: [COUPERS-TECH] Trim Cable

----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]----

Another thing I need to resolve before putting my interior back in is a balky old trim wire.
Is it possible to pull the old wire out, somehow lubricate inside the cable, and insert a new wire?
Or, should I just buy a new one altogether?

Any tips are very welcome.

Thanks,
