No the power loss is not a momentary thing it stays at low power till I land , and attitude does not affect it. recenly it does it when the engine is warm, But not on the ground. Could be a stuck valve I suppose, But I can pull the prop through and none of the cylinders seem to hiss for whatever that is worth, and it feels like there is good compression, I really need to check the compression with gages though.
