He charges between $300 and 500 depending on what needs to be done, and you will get back a like-new header tank.
As far as the business trips, I would charge a fair fee, and if you have to spend a lot of time waiting, you should charge something for that also. Remember, it costs you considerable to fly your airplane (insurance, annual, tie down/hanger rent, plus operating expenses) so you should be able to figure out a fair hourly charge.
