Even with a commercial license you still cannot fly for hire.  To operate 
an air taxi service you need a part 135 certificate.

You may not charge more than half the cost of the trip as far as I 
know.  Or if you do charge more than the cost of the trip it had better be

for something besides the trip... even then the FAA knows when it's been
had ;)
