Do you have a commercial license?  If not you will run afoul of the feds.

You are only allowed to share direct expenses.  This doesn't include
engine 
reserve, insurance, hangar....  Pretty much just gas, oil and landing fees
and the 
like.  You must pay your fair share, too.
