I'm taking on the right wing tank after doing the left one a couple years 
ago.  Your biggest problem's going to be getting the
header tank out.

The FAR's are somewhat vague.  Like pornography, they'll know a commercial

operation when they see it.  "Sharing
costs" is the key thing.  Remember, the commercial ticket involves
"holding 
out for compensation," i.e., don't
advertise!
