Okay guys I'm ordering the restrictor valve today, this should take care of the fuel problem (I hope)......On the other subject, It is a positive ground system, I traced the wire of the positive side of the battery and it does connect to the grounding system of the aircraft. The generator is charging the battery correctly. Like Ed said, I'm going to have to make a list, check it twice and put a plan of attack together to reverse the polarity of all components that need it..........Thanks for everyones help.......again
