Thanks for the information. In that case the 20 amp combo (1101890 +118736) 
would be ideal, because it does not add weight, but adds 7 very welcome amps.

Now, my plane is a 415C, with a C-75-12, which is spec A-718 (not A-787).  A-
718 only lists the 13 amp generator 1101876.

Would my AP IA be able to legally squeeze the 20 amp generator in by 
referencing A-787 and the fact that's the same weight?

Would the C-75 be an issue here?
