However, I am still disappointed at the FAA. Rules are useful only
when they make sense and when they achieve a benefit greater than the burden
they impose.
Are there any PTS differences between private pilot and sport pilot which
justify allowing the PP to do preventive maintenance of an owned plane, while
prohibiting the sport pilot from doing the same???
