Having never actually doe this conversion, I felt compelled to review
the service bulletin after reading the above. I suppose the info
referred to is required on Continental's form AVS-1. Also,
Continental refers to a form 337, which they seem to require a copy
of, even though the FAA categorizes this conversion as minor...
