Is there any more?  If not, I stand by my statement:  An IA can only
inspect.  When (s)he is doing real work, (s)he is exercising the privileges
of the A&P rating, not the IA rating.

Also, I was not aware of any conditions under which an IA could not also be
an A&P, but I wanted to keep my options open in case someone else did...

Like I said, it's mostly semantic...
