[ercoupe-tech] Has anyone out there imported an Ercoupe from Canada?

I am really interested in an Ercoupe for sale in Canada. AOPA and FAA make it 
sound like no 
big deal; but I don't want to get burned. I would send a knowledgeable person 
to do a pre-
buy; but thought I would see if anyone out there in this group has any pearls 
of wisdom.
