Rapco http://www.rapcoinc.com/ is very smart about vacuum plumbing, and they also have some low loss fittings (they tested 90ยบ An fittings and found that they tended to impede air flow and hence usable vacuum) - give 'em a call ...or check out http://www.rapcoinc.com/pdf/vackitfx.pdf which has a diagram of a vacuum system
