Dave, it is actually a vacuum restrictor value, not a regulator. It is 
just a value with a adjustment screw (knob) with a collar to lock it 
in place ($17.90 at Aircraft Spruce).

I sometimes don't use the proper nomenclature for thing-a-magigs and 
other thingies or whatsits.
