Hey Craig: If you actually only have 21 PSI oil pressure, you have a major  
problem. Get another gauge and check the pressure reading. I recently ferried a 
 75 HP Coupe from California to Florida, and had over 40 PSI all the time.
    Again, if you actually have oil pressure below 30  PSI, there can be 
several reasons. Too much bearing clearance. Worn crankshaft  and/or camshaft. 
Too 
much clearance in the oil pump gear cavity. ETC ETC.
    Please get it checked to determine what the problem  really is.
