The real questions are:
1. this being the real world, will the person signing off your alteration 
approve the change? 
2. will the absence of the hand brake kill a possible sale at a later date?  
(possible your estate)

According to a chart Ed sent me 4423 is the end of the 415-C so the part book 
is off by one but the parts book Al was looking at was for a 415-C and that is 
why it ended there. Kevin, I can crap more weight then the brake handle, 1---
