Are you talking about the flapper for carb heat. I found mine lose too. On the
back side of the box, I found a nut on the shaft going thru the box. I
tightened the nut and
 that fixed the problem..

Got one additional problem (annual time).  The airbox/carb heat valve is
loose.  Is there  a rebuild kit for these old airboxes?

Subject: Master Cylinder Kit SMK-88 Bleeding Brakes

Good afternoon all,

We are trying to install a new Skyport master cylinder for the brakes.
Original breaks were mushy.

Got the old one out, what a deal!

Then put in replacement, but no pressure and no breaks. Tried bleeding by
opening and closing the brake lines at the wheels but no pressure.  No apparent
leaks noted.
Any advice?
