I was instructed to take a fitting that goes into the engine, tap it, 
screw in a brass screw w/ suitable loctite, cut off the screw and drill 
to 1/16" hole through the now blocked fitting.  I took a punch and 
peened the fitting so the screw couldn't get into the engine (if the 
loctite did not live up to allegations).  The mechanic liked my work 
and installed it.
