John: You may have found the rough engine vibration. When you say the vibration is making the front spinner plate washer to sink into the front spinner plate. Now that you tell about this I remember removing the prop nuts with a six inch end wrench.. why didn't I notice the nuts were loose? The nuts were probably loose, because they pushed into the spinner plate with the vibration.. Hartnut suggested it may be an ignition problem that might be causing a vibration.. It may be time to rebuild the mags..
