from happening. I forsee that someday we may see a change to that rule.."

That's where I think the EOC should focus its efforts on the LSA issue instead 
of raising the weight to 1400.  It passes the reasonable logic test and has a 
lot less political impact than raising the weight.  Again, JMO.
