Concerning tolerance for propeller track, there may be other specs out
there, but on page 32 of Jeppesen's "Aircraft Propellers and
Controls", the author Frank Delp had this to say: "For light aircraft
with propellers approximately six feet in diameter, metal propellers
can be out of track no more than 1/16 of and inch and the track of a
wood propeller may not be out more than 1/8 of an inch"

Cheers,
Bill

tracks exactly the same. I don’t know what the standards are for
allowed imperfection on this.
