Bear in mind, this is not how it is usually installed, and really should 
not be necessary. However, from an engine vibration standpoint (airframe 
issues not considered) this is the optimal configuration.

I'd be more concerned that the deformation of the front plate either 
allows the prop to "work" or the vibration worked the bolts and caused 
the deformation.  I'd try running without the spinner (be sure your 
bolts are not too long!) to see if there is an improvement.  Also, make 
sure that the prop bolts are maintaining the proper torque.
