I got my head up under there this afternoon, what they did was run one wire 
from the ammeter to the hot sides of a row of toggle switches.  One particular 
switch labeled Avionics/Master has about 6 things wired into the switched side 
of it and going to their respective circuit breakers.  No buss bar per se.
