En Ingles, here is your projection. You need to close ER Mapper, add
the following lines to the files in the GDT_DATA folder, then restart ER Mapper.
The new projection is named "L2_MEX_INEGI" with the lamcon2 projections.

Add to lamcon2.dat:

L2_MEX_INEGI, 0.0, 2500000, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, -1.780235837034, 0.305432619099, 0.514872129338, 0.410152374219, 1, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 6378206.4 ,0.0822718542249391,294.9786982, 1

Add to projinst.dat:
