Yoeli's approach is to give up performance and get a working vehicle ASAP.
Projects with goals like 400kph and 300km range will take many more millions and years 
to complete and certify.

TRIZ is much deeper then the 40 principles.
The principles are there just as crutches.
The real goal is to break thought patterns, which often lead you away from innovation.
I really recommend reading one of the many books.
