Not just no. No way no how no sir.
Ballistic rockets using pyrotechnic recovery systems are the cheapest
way to put hardware in the air and validate propulsion technology.
We'll be doing them for some time to come, even as we continue to
develop smarter vehicles and validate non-propulsion technology.
