Not really.  We have 13 liters of known good peroxide left.  That's
enough to duplicate the problem on the test stand, and maybe test one
prospective fix.

If we could easily flight test every weekend, and produce many liters
of rocket grade peroxide on demand, I would agree that we should refly
KISS III exactly as last flown, to try to duplicate the problem.
Given the time and expense of a trip to MTA, though, I think we're
better served by trying to duplicate the problem on the test stand.
Assuming we can, we can fix the problem until it goes away, then we
flight test the fixes.

In SW devp terms, shipping is expensive enough that RRTS is QA, and
MTA is beta test.
