Interesting site, since it claims to be the Marshall tech-reports server
but it's not at Marshall. However, it does have SP-8036, which is good.
The MSFC server was mtrs.msfc.nasa.gov, and it doesn't even exist as a
name any more (never mind whether it's *up*).
