Regarding changes to the terms of our insurance policy at the Ranch: this has been resolved. The only requirement (and not a new one) is that Kevin or Chuck must be on premises when we are testing. We have an opportunity to send a representative to the next meeting of the Antelope Valley Association and, possibly by paying some dues, get more input into how things run at the Ranch.
The Antelope Valley Association is a realty group based in Lancaster and Palmdale, as one would expect. The Rocket Ranch folks are the Adobe Valley Association.
Slight additional info: we're (AVA) working on letting the WPA (Western Pyro Assoc., of which I'm a member) use part of the ranch for storage/testing. So, if you see some new things appear, that's probably what's up.
