Actually, the main parameter that approached the "limits of prudence" on that flight was probably the ambient wind speed... the propellant loading was 5 liters that time (previous flights had ranged from 3.5 to 4 liters), which I think was an entirely prudent increment. (And I'm the one who tends to be conservative about the "Tim Taylor" approach: "ten liters! whose idea was _that_??")
