I think the proposed law would exempt any rocket engine from being
considered "an explose" on the grounds that it doesn't explode but
burn. Check with Randall.

I think PCBird is a SmartFlight group project.

Hopefully we'll fly it with a partial load first. I really would like
to get away from the "All UP or Nothing" mentality and move to
aviations "incremental flight plan" approach.
