Yes, that's what I meant.
(And I think we pushed the limits equally hard with the last April flight... the sound of the wind whistling in the tower structure as I climbed up to switch on the electronics seemed similar in either case.)

Another reason to have the RCO at the OP: from the blockhouse, in April, I didn't have a sense that the wind was becoming a problem. From the OP, in November, I very much did.
