Bill, they don't say how many volumes to expect, but other volumes are
mentioned in the press release.

    They are not kidding on that Web page: It really does take Acrobat 
version 6 to read the document to best advantage. I have V5, and I got
an 
update warning.

    A label of "Volume 1" implies a Volume 2, at least. Does anyone know

the status of these putative unpublished volumes?
