Take the power supply you just bought back....

first you have to look at how much power do you need?
how much does each device want?

motherboards typically need/take ~35 to 55 watts
harddrives.... ~15 to 25 watts each... more if they are scsi
cd-rom ...~ 20 watts
cd-rw... ~35 watts
floppy ...~5 to 10 watts
soundcard ... ~15 to 25 watts
video card ... ~15 to 30 watts
processor .... ~10 to 25 watts
network cards ... ~5 to 15 watts each
anything USB
printers
as you see you can add up pretty quickly.

i built my own system very similar to your setup less one NIC. I'm using a
PowerMan 235watt. I you can't harm your Mboard with a larger power supply
if I were you I'd get a 300 watt or more.... When I built my box PowerMan
was the Top rated Power supply. do a search on www.pricewatch.com 300watt
powerman's start around $24 + shipping
