I may be missing the point here but I believe it all came down to one thing. He wants to put it on his list. Where is the problem in that. Put it on your list Mark it as an mp3 and place it in the non tradable section. If it is only for your own benefit then there is not a problem. However wonderful it sounds it is still not a shn. and etree is for trading in lossless format only. It is not going to hurt anyone that you have it listed but it will if you try to introduce it under another guise.
