Almost any of the print servers will work now a days and you are looking at about
$100.00 or less new and used
To use Linux as the print server with a Windoze 9x workstation, you will need to
setup Samba or Mars_NWE.  They are both pretty easy when it's just simple file and
print sharing.  With some version of NT, you can print direct to Linux.
