That's an excellent point, and a good reason (IMO) why I might want to
set up a network print daemon upstream from our LaserJet.  (It might
also be profitable to put the LaserJet on an X10-switched power
outlet.  Even in power saving mode, it uses more electricity than the
Linux box that would feed it.)
