Are you sure they are using imap only? Surely they must be using smtp to send?
What is the server running (os and mail server)? Are the clients connecting via telnet/ssh and using mail, or do they have local mail clients. How are they configured? What if you use sendmail to send to four clients: /usr/sbin/sendmail [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: test blah . More info please.
