I got all four messages.

I don't know about phpGroupware, but mozilla has an "unsent messages" folder.
Have you looked there?

Look in your sendmail logs to see if the mta successfully transfered them.
With Exim I generally have five entries to a message:
MSGID1 Recieved from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
MSGID1 sent to procmail_remote_pipe
MSGID1 Received from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
MSGID1 Sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
MSGID1 [completed]

If a message disappears, I know where to look. If it stops after the
procmail_remote_pipe, I know some aspect of my mail filter ate it, or perhaps
it is in the quarantine. If this mta completed the message and the last thing
it did was to send it to my internal exchange server then I look there.
Incidentally, my exchange server seems to be eating the NDR reports issued from
my laptop!

If you can't figure it out from the logs, please post them so we can see. Post
the log and send a message that is received successfully (ie to 3 recipients)
AND one that is not received (to 4 recipients).
