I wasn't able to go to Portland to see and hear Jeff Waugh talk about Ubuntu and related topics.
Did Jeff explain what Canonical Ltd.'s business model is? They're
spending a lot of money shipping Ubuntu CDs to the world -- how do
they plan to make that money back?
