At least it hopefully was'nt like Fry's in California.  Complete
sentences there are useless.  Ask an employee where soemthing is in a
grammaticaly correct manner and they look at you blankly.  I finally
settled on simply saying the name of the item and hoping they would
grunt and point.  I was amazed when I first went to Fry's up here how
clean it was and how friendly and educated the employees seemed compared
to California.


On the bright side, their greater English fluency here allows them to pull off such charming stunts as denying the very existence of the device i desire, despite its being visible on the shelf behind them...
