Fitting Safts to a Sparrow would be something of a challenge.  Remember, 
they're 6 volt modules.  To make 156 volts you'd probably have to carry some 
in your lap and on the roof. <g>

Practically speaking you'd probably need to change the motor and controller 
to a system designed for lower voltage (84-96 volts?).  You might end up 
with a different motor torque curve, and so require a final drive 
modification.

None of this is impossible by any means, but it's also not quite as simple 
as just changing the battery and charger.
