was confused when I first read this.  Lawrence Rhodes...Just a little
clarification.  I have my racks and my wifes mountain bike done this way
nearly bullet proof.  She dented the frame by dropping it against a pole the
paint stuck.  Didn't crack or chip.  It's easy and they include sand
blasting.............
