I also don't carry a spare. Just a small electric pump and flat repair kit. Even the Model-S does not carry a spare (although it does have a TPMS).

My EV does not have a spare (space under the bed is used for several battery boxes, giving up the space for the spare) so I keep an inflated spare in my garage - in case of trouble, I will need to bring the spare to the truck, jack it up and replace the wheel to get going again, or have it towed. I do keep a tire pump in the truck. It also helps that there is good tread on the tires.
