I do the same thing in all my EVs. Tires have become so reliable that it isn't worth carrying a spare and jack. I carry a AAA card instead. :-)

The Sunrise EV2 also has air bag suspension. The plan is to do exactly as you said; carry a small air pump and tire repair kit. The pump can be used while driving as the vacuum pump for the power brakes, and to inflate tires or adjust the ride height.
