About 1/2 of our Chargepoint stations around here (just north of San Francisco) 
are now $ to use.  So are all of the  evGo stations (there's one in the Whole 
Foods by me).  I don't know how much they charge, but I remember it being more 
than I pay at home so I never use them.

There are still a few Chargepoint EVSE's that are free, but I suspect it's only 
a matter of time till they become pay to play.
